How long does that generally take? I will be doing a lot of shuffling with my work schedule to make sure that I will have time off when my wife and baby arrive. (not that I have an interview date yet, but I want to make sure things are in place when we do get that interview date).

I can feel you. You are not the only one that calls NVC many times, You can call on Friday and please keep us updated.

I will hope we all have smooth journey to visa in hand best wishes gd nite came from work at 2 am right now is 4:00 am I have three months old bby awake still

hello everyone!  Our case is Pivot, we paid the fees on the 31st. Will I be able to fill out the IV form, submit the AOS documents scan my civil documents all at once right after the payment is processed? or am i allowed to do them one at a time?

Just curious-- since we just got an approval of the I-130, can my husband collect his police record, or should we wait so it's a more current date for when we submit the info? 

Met for the first time: 7/2015 (Italy) 

Married: 12/20/2017 (California) :luv:

I-130 petition sent to AZ lockbox: 1/29/2018

I-130 received at AZ lockbox: 1/31/2018

Text/Email update: 2/6/2018 

  • Texas Service Center 

NOA1 hard copy: 2/10/2018

  • Receipt Date: 2/5/2018

I-130 APPROVED: 8/1/2018

Sent to US Dept. of State: 8/6/2018

Dept. of State Received: 8/15/2018

NVC Welcome Email: 9/4/2018 (around 20:30 California time)

  • Paid IV and AOS Fees: 9/4/2018

Completed and Submitted AOS Documents: 9/14/2018

Submitted everything to NVC: 9/16/2018

NVC Case Completed: 10/2/2018 

  • Received approval for all AOS and IV documents BUT had to rotate and re-upload husband's passport biographic info page: 9/20/2018

Interview: 11/13/2018 (Naples, Italy)

 🇺🇸 APPROVED! 🇺🇸

Immigration day: 12/13/2018

  • Point Of Entry: SFO

Call NVC whenever you feel like calling, I called them three times a day till I received our case number. One time I talked to the same rep twice on the same day lol. It took five weeks to get it even though they said 8 weeks

Your husband can get it now, it is valid for one year. Best of luck

We received our welcome letter last night. NVC received July 10. Took 3 weeks and 1 day. We are pivot. I hope this new computer system will be fast for everyone.
