I am from the UK also, and it is definitely pivot.... I would start calling from Monday, I think I got my case number in just over three weeks.

While for Other supporting documents  we included copies of all evidence of bonafide marital relationship we got since after filing the i130 petition.

 

Proof of US Status: Copy of US birth cert/Naturalization cert.

 

Proof of US Domicile: Copies of Utility bills,Lease agreement OR Mortage agreement.

@Abies My husband is the petitioner for both me and our son.. Our baby is just 14 months old.. They say that Form i864w is missing. This is specifically for a child.. Our lawyer messed up and submitted the wrong form. Mailed it on Saturday morning... . phew.. got a checklist on my birthday.. but at least they reviewed it. Hoping this doesn’t take very long now... They still haven’t received our mail..

I have all but one document ready to submit to the NVC, hopefully I will get this later today (LA is 8hrs difference) from my Co-sponsor.

NVC received our affidavit of support packet including supporting documents yesterday. We have three questions:

What we need to do now? 

When they will review our packet? 

When we will have a case complete based on your experience?

Case Complete is done at the NVC. The embassy has no effect on CC

No interview depends on Cc date.  Case complete is different.

Hey, We submitted the week of the 6th. Yesterday we were notified yesterday we needed to resubmit her birth certificate and that the marriage certificate was uploaded improperly. We fixed marriage certificate yesterday and are uploading the birth certificate today. I believe it took a little less than two weeks  from original submission to get adjudicated. I am hoping it only takes a few days to review the corrections we made.

From what I have seen it's normally quite quick after re-submission... why did they ask you to re-submit your marriage & BC?
