Hi! Is your case pivot? Also when is your cc?? My husband called nvc yesterday. Spoke to a tier 2. Was advised they dont schedule for September anymore. They will start to schedule October interview by end week of September. I really didnt expect US embassy in Manila is taking that long to schedule tbh 😕

Then it might not change in your case. You will have to call NVC twice weekly 7days from scan date

Petitioner's civil documents,we included copies of divorce cert,drivers license and US passport bio data page

 

While for Other supporting documents  we included copies of all evidence of bonafide marital relationship we got since after filing the i130 petition.

 

Proof of US Status: Copy of US birth cert/Naturalization cert.

 

Proof of US Domicile: Copies of Utility bills,Lease agreement OR Mortage agreement.

you mean applicant civil documents my lawyer submit everything and didn't see that

Yes very possible. 3weeks is the usual estimated time.

Petitioner's civil documents falls under the AOS Package.

 

While the Applicant's civil documents falls under the IV Package.

August 7, Got an email from NVC that my interview was cancelled. Called them and also got the same advised from Tier 2.

This whole waiting thing is really frustrating.

@Abies My husband is the petitioner for both me and our son.. Our baby is just 14 months old.. They say that Form i864w is missing. This is specifically for a child.. Our lawyer messed up and submitted the wrong form. Mailed it on Saturday morning... . phew.. got a checklist on my birthday.. but at least they reviewed it. Hoping this doesn’t take very long now... They still haven’t received our mail..
