I submitted on August 11 and I am awaiting CC still, just to give you an idea.

Also, a note from my experience. Make sure everything you upload is oriented correctly ( the page needs to be right side up and a excellent quality scan, it cannot be upside down) and make sure to CAREFULLY read what document is needed from each section. There is a handy document finder tool on the NVC site which says what is needed for each country. If all else fails just call the NVC (603-334-0700) Best of luck.

While talking on the phone to the hubby (hubby is extremely worn out from work and not having anyone coming home to, and was expressing his  concerns of what this process is doing to him mentally ) We ended up getting our case numbers! Officially in Step 2!

My case in non pivot so I am going mail them, thanks for the tip though other might need it

Does the status on CEAC ever change to something other than "At NVC"?... I've paid all fees, submitted the forms and mailed all documents and the status "At NVC" has never changed...

also how do I know if my country is pivot?  I’m UK 🙂 

Pivot = electronic processing, so if NVC told you you're electronic by phone, then you are a pivot case. The wait time for a case number varies some from person to person. I started calling every few days after two weeks. I got my case number today at 4 weeks and 1 day.
