9ja is now pivot..call NVC .. explain the issue.and see how they can assist u.. if I may ask did your husband received an email from NVC with instructions how to submit these documents ???.

yes dear through mail, we got our case number before the site went down and Nigeria was changed to pivot so we didn't get any email to send documents through email.
