Mine just switched over to PAID, I can now start DS-260. What about yours?

Thanks, I can start too - this is such a confused form, how did you answer the question where it asks is spouse immigrating with you ? I live here as a us citizen not sure if can say yes or no to that.

Finally got NVC letter. Paid AOS fee. Collecting all documents now. I noticed there was a spelling mistake in my beneficiary's name. Any ideas on how to correct that?

Thanks

Call NVC to make the correction by 7am EST on Monday.

IMG_2946.thumb.PNG.a30bb80dbccf5e5471cef7e0823c672c.PNGHello everyone.

my USC husband's income for 2017 is not enough to sponsor I and our son so we are adding a co- sponsor.

how do we count our co-sponsor's household size?. He his single. he has sponsored his brother( whose USC wife has a child) and he's now to sponsor I and my son. How do we count the household size?

Thanks @Abies it’s helpful!!,

in other question , did you know how long it took for @judy karim to get the interview after their cc ??

We were case complete the 18th of July and weren’t notified of interview until the 7th if August and it’s for the end of September. I assumed September would be busy as there are a few things to consider in this month so people would be pushed to September. I did notice though that Casablanca likes to schedule K1/Cr1 interviews toward the end of the month.. so expect a mid to late October interview at this point

Alright... is your son a US Citizen?

No he's not. My husband doesn't meet the requirement to transfer citizenship to him Cos he lived all his life outside US. So he filed for the both of us

Ok. Then means your son will become a US citizen at port of entry.

So the co-sponsor has you, your son,his brother and himself which brings it to a total of four(4)household members.
