Yess.. dont worry.. you'll do good.

Hopefully soon. The mumbai counsulate being closed for 5  days in these two weeks is really gonna slow the process.

I wish they followed American holidays...

Yes I Understood it..Even I had vaccination in my childhood but currently I don't have any records to show .. That's why I also wrote No and explained that will be taking vaccination before interview. If your Petitioner had no vaccination according to the US law. Then straightway click No and explain it.Because At the end he has to go through the medical and needs to take some vaccination..

so did you had any problem if you just click on no because he doesnt have any vaccination with us law

Head of Household can only be filed by those who own a house right?

Not correct, it can be filed by anyone who has a qualify dependents.

There are other rules as well regarding the portion of expenses you pay (at least 50%) for the household and whether you are considered married for tax purposes (there are special rules on this point as @Sugarlegetiti and I were discussing yesterday :) ).

This is a screenshot from IRS Pub 501, which details the current rules: https://www.irs.gov/publications/p501#en_US_2017_publink1000220775

If you read through Publication 501 section on Head of Household, you can click through the relevant links to find which apply to your situation. Hope this helps!
