Thanks Rameda. My timeline is messed up too. I hadn’t submitted my papers and filled them DS260 last....

Yay Ceac just updated and shows our payments as paid now 

 

So I can do the DS-260 tomorrow and the AOS when my husband comes back from his vacation next week

 

Joint sponsor(Mother in law) and my husband both have to fill out the I-864 right?!

so did you had any problem if you just click on no because he doesnt have any vaccination with us law

my attorney put yes and she summit the application can i change call the nvc would they ask for documented to show later em i in trouble i am worried?

anybody had this issue before on the iv application my attorney puts yes in vaccination question by mistake he never had any associate with us law but he did had childhood vaccination how can i change that once the application is summit? would this make any deley regarding my visa process?

There are other rules as well regarding the portion of expenses you pay (at least 50%) for the household and whether you are considered married for tax purposes (there are special rules on this point as @Sugarlegetiti and I were discussing yesterday :) ).
