hi all

its been 12 weeks that i got my i 130 approval.called many times to NVC and they don't even picking the line...normally how long it will take NVC to receive the  case and issue the case number.??

Call them on monday. U should have your case and invoice number by then.

Has NVC received your approved petition from USCIS?

 

At any point in time,did you get notified on the USCIS app that your case has been sent to the Dept Of State?

 

If so what number have you been using to contact the NVC that no one's taking your calls?

1) i haven't received any notification from NVC

 

2) Yes, and received by post also

Hello how long it took you to get nvc case number?  the processing time on VJ is including waiting for case?:D

Alright. Then call nvc by Monday(press option 1 then option 2)to ask a rep when they received your case from USCIS and when you will be due for a Case number.

 

Btw,where are you applying from?

Hi! It took me 9 weeks !

But I’ve seen people getting one after only 2 weeks !

Hello everyone,

 

I sent my Packet3 to NVC, and they received it on 0717/18. Now it has been over 3weeks and I did not see any updates or case complete at all.

 

Is there anyone waiting for  interview date like me?

I see. And dont u know if the processing time on here is counted from case number or from when the NVC receives it? It says nvc stage is 4 months ...

I wouldn’t know what to tell u. I assume from when u have a case number because even if NVC receives it, nothing will happen until you get a case and receipt number

Awww thats sad.  seems that i wont have interview until january if i dont have nvc no yet and wont have until at least in4weeks.
