Happy first of August to everyone! Got to work this morning, and received my case number at exactly 9 am! Our case is PIVOT, but I have a feeling NVC is working hard to stay within estimated time frames for all...if not, call call call! Hoping others hear good news soon, keep holding on :)

Texas Service Center / Dublin, Ireland Embassy

2017/11/18 - Married (L)

2017/12/21 - Sent I-130 packet to the Chicago Lockbox

2017/12/27 (+6 days, 6 days) - NOA1 (sent to Texas)

2018/06/14 - (+169 days, 175 days) NOA2 (Approved!)

2018/06/28 -  (+14 days, 189 days) "We sent your petition to the Department of State"

2018/07/09 -  (+11 days, 200 days) NVC received petition (had to call 7/11 to confirm). PIVOT case.

2018/08/01 - (+23 days, 223 days) NVC case created/case # received (email); AOS and IV fees paid.

2018/08/03 - AOS package submitted

2018/08/04 - DS-260 submitted.

2018/08/06 - (+5, 228 days) IV civil documents submitted.

2018/08/13 - (+7, 235 days) Case Complete "At NVC," and "Documentarily Qualified" CEAC message w/emails. Message to delete and reupload I-864 files (need to be uploaded on the same day) at 2 p.m.

2018/09/14 - ( +32, 267 days) Received Interview Appointment Email

2018/10/02 - (+18, 285 days) Interview at Dublin Embassy (PRAYING!) -- APPROVED 😍

2018/10/05 - (+3, 288 days) Visa "Issued" on CEAC Case Tracker.

Our I-130 was received by NVC on July 13, just two days after it was sent by USCIS. We hope the quick receipt is a good sign.

Is your case non pivot? You are almost at 8 weeks since case was received, correct? Hope you are able to get info when you call NVC!

Congrats to you! Did you expedite your case? I find it highly unusual that you submitted your application 2 months later than we did, and received approval before we did. That's very discouraging for all of us who are told NVC follows a "first in, first out" system (pivot or non).

Before it was non pivot but my lawyer said right now allcases became pivot no more non pivot everything will be online I don't whats going on everytime I call in their saying estimate time eight weeks

That's what seems to be the case, that now everything is to be done online. But I see your issue, what happens for those previously non pivot waiting for a number? Hopefully once you get your case #, likely at the 8 week mark, then the rest of it will move at the speed of pivot cases, as it's supposed to. My thoughts are with you, this wait was almost worse than with USCIS.

Did they change navigation in NVC website?? I don't see Choice of Agent.

12/16/2017 (Saturday) I-130 & I-130A were delivered to USCIS Phoenix Lockbox (signed by J. Lopez)

12/18/2017 (Monday) PRIORITY DATE

12/20/2017 (Wednesday) Received text and email that my case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Texas Service Center for processing

12/21/2017 (Thursday) Check was cashed. NOA-1 (I-797C) was sent to me by USCIS via USPS.

12/26/2017 (Tuesday) NOA-1 (I-797C) was received.

06/07/2018 (Thursday) NOA-2 was APPROVED. 172 days.

06/11/2018 (Monday) NOA-2 was delivered by USPS to my home address.

06/22/2018 (Friday) Our case was sent to the U.S. Department of State (DOS) for visa processing (NVC)

07/27/2018 (Friday) NVC welcome letter with Case number and Invoice ID number was received by email. (51 days from NOA 2 and 225 days total)

07/31/2018 Fees paid.

08/14/2018 CASE COMPLETED (DOCUMENTARILY QUALIFIED)

09/19/2018 Got email with VISA INTERVIEW DATE

No, we didnt expedite our case, we were surprised also that is took us only 3 months, thanks God.

they must have, because my only option was to pay fees. I think maybe I'll choose agent afterwards?
