thanks but he did toke vaccinated in his life but nothing related to us law accordance I'm confused with that part?

Yes I Understood it..Even I had vaccination in my childhood but currently I don't have any records to show .. That's why I also wrote No and explained that will be taking vaccination before interview. If your Petitioner had no vaccination according to the US law. Then straightway click No and explain it.Because At the end he has to go through the medical and needs to take some vaccination..

Hello everybody, once again. is it possible if I'm a beneficiary would like to be an "Agent" to fill out any online forms and communicate with NVC instead of my USC wife who is petitioner. but she will be in charge of getting mail from NVC, sending document/package to NVC, paying fees( as NVC needs US bank account, she will tell me cheque routing number and account number when fees are available to pay) ? thanks

The answer remains NO since the vaccination was not in accordance with the U.S. law.

Therefore, all vaccinations will be taken in accordance with the US law during medicals before your visa interview.

Who becomes the Choice of agent doesnt matter because you both will receive all correspondence from the NVC.

After answering NO.

You explain this way "All vaccinations will be taken during medicals before my visa interview."

They wanted your passport in landscape??? That makes no sense, so they want to turn their heads to view it all? Sigh...I will upload now.

Hiii no sorry I got confused... they wanted the words to me vertical not horizontal..so don't upload it horizontally make sure the text is vertical.

What things were missing, if you don't mind me asking? I'm convinced we're going to get a checklist for our documents.

The AOS documents were not complete..my husband only scanned and uploaded the pages that he filled out..they said to upload all the pages even if they are empty.

Oh, ok. Right, they want all pictures and documents vertical/portrait orientation, because I figure that makes their filing easier? I am fairly sure everything we submitted was scanned vertically.

Yes, I had a similar issue because page 10/10 was all "N/A" for me on the AOS, and I had to upload it as a separate PDF because it wouldn't fit all 10 pages of the I-864 in one compressed PDF! But at least you know they've touched your case, hope you get CC soon!
