@Saaniya Anyone you know from India who got their CC and interview date? Im sure you are getting yourself anytime... Just curious what date interviews are they currently scheduling..

A friend of mine cr1 has sept 11th as her interview date. Thats the last i am aware of. I will be calling them tomorrow i.e friday night to enquire about mine. Hoping to get it anytime soon. I also want to know if priority is given to cr1 visa over others while scheduling interviews.

Any idea about time from upload to CC for PIVOT cases? I've been combing through old topics for estimates, which is probably silly and I should just be patient... Does it largely depend on your PD?

I don't have an answer to your question, but it sounds like you're handling this the same way I am. Any time I'm in a waiting period between USCIS or NVC updates, I obsessively research as though having more knowledge will somehow make it go faster! :) If it's knowledge you're after, though, you can always do a timeline search and filter it for only Dublin Embassy and recent dates to see how long it has taken people recently. I think you have to click through to the individual timelines to see the dates documents were uploaded and case complete, but it might be more info than you can gather from looking at old forums?

Beneficiary Country: UK / Consulate: Sydney, Australia / Nebraska Service Center

27-Nov-2017 - Sent I-130 package to Chicago Lockbox

30-Nov-2017 (+3 days, 3 days) - NOA1, petition sent to Nebraska Service Center

28-Jun-2018 (+210 days, 213 days) - NOA2, petition approved

16-Jul-2018 (+18 days, 231 days) - Petition sent to Department of State

23-Jul-2018 (+7 days, 238 days) - Petition received by NVC (confirmed via phone on 24 July)
21-Aug-2018 (+29 days, 267 days) - Welcome Letter received by email, paid AOS and IV fee

23-Aug-2018 (+2 days, 269 days) - IV Application (Form DS-260), Civil Documents, Affidavit of Support, and Financial Documents all submitted to NVC on CEAC

7-Sep-2018 (+15 days, 284 days) - NVC Case Complete

18-9-2018 (+11 days, 295 days) - Interview scheduled, received notification from NVC via email - interview set for 16 October

16-10-2018 (+28 days, 323 days) - Interview - visa approved!

18-10-2018 (+2 days, 325 days) - Passport and visa received by AusPost Express Platinum

Yeah, and none of that research really makes the wait go any faster haha. I've looked through for Dublin Embassy dates, but there haven't been a lot of Ireland applicants recently and people don't update their timelines ;) I've been scouring the old forums for Ireland applicants but I think the answer remains the same--just wait! Thanks for the suggestions though :)

@Abies Congratulations, you have been a real blessing to people seeking answers in this long tedious (and sometimes unclear process). I get all my answers just by looking at your responses on this forum.

I kind of feel low at times because we just keep pushing our way but I know there is a light at the end of this long wait

Neways, NVC received our case on the 23rd of July. I keep reading it takes around 9 weeks. Is that true for all the cases? Or should we start calling now to enquire about the same? I am from India and they aren't clear whether the process will be totally digital or snail mail.

Thanks in advance

Start calling! I felt the same as you, but to my surprise, I got a case number by email today, and NVC received my case on July 17th! When I called them after they received it using option 7, they told me to call back and choose option 5 because my case is electronic. They should know at this point. Good luck to you and everyone else on here! :)

11/22/17 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago Lockbox

11/24/17 - NOA1 Receipt Date

06/21/18 - NOA2 Approval Date (email, text, app update)

07/17/18 - Case received by NVC

08/09/18 - Case and Invoice number assigned by NVC, paid AOS and IV fees

08/14/18 - Submitted AOS Application and Documents

08/16/18 - Submitted IV Application and Documents

09/17/18 - Case complete at NVC

11/13/18 - Received interview letter from NVC

12/19/18 - Interview at Embassy in Cairo - Approved!

01/03/19 - GC Fee Paid

02/01/19 - POE!

Thank you! Yeah, it almost makes up for hearing nothing for 7 months from NOA 1 to NOA 2. Good luck to you!

Guys as I am going over the ds260 im confused two questions under permanent address name of person currently living at adreess is who?  Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.s. Law what dies thisthis means?

Permanent address should be the address of your Petitioner where they will send you your green card and Social security Number. If you have vaccination records then click yes but if you don't have then just click No and explain that currently you don't have vaccination but everything will be done during the medical test before the interview ..
