Thank you.  I replied to you and went to check and saw that at NVC status.  How awesome is that.

Thank you.  I have long way to go.

It is! It’s my birthday on 18th August! Hopefully I have a reason to party...

hello Abies dear gdday, how far have you gone with your medicals, what does it really entails and cost .thanks dear and all the best in your interview

Good afternoon sis. I'm done with medicals/vaccination shots.

Have you gotten your CC yet?

For the medicals, have up to a 100k in a debit card since cash is not accepted and get the requirement for the medicals which includes: 5passport photos(your name and passport numbers written at the back of each copy),a copy of your passport bio data page, passport, interview letter, and vaccination records if you have any.

@Abies Congratulations, you have been a real blessing to people seeking answers in this long tedious (and sometimes unclear process). I get all my answers just by looking at your responses on this forum.

I kind of feel low at times because we just keep pushing our way but I know there is a light at the end of this long wait

Neways, NVC received our case on the 23rd of July. I keep reading it takes around 9 weeks. Is that true for all the cases? Or should we start calling now to enquire about the same? I am from India and they aren't clear whether the process will be totally digital or snail mail.

Thanks in advance

My case is also India. They took about 9 weeks to generate my case number. So far, the processing happens through snail mail. I sent my AOS and IV documents and NVC received it today. Waiting for them to complete my case and schedule an interview ASAP.

Thanks alot and Congratulations to you too. Try calling NVC to be sure if India has also been converted to pivot since some non pivot cases were converted some few weeks back then we take it from there.

Speedy NVC process.
