@Abies @Saaniya@Kashika

I did the same order too but submitted my ds 260 on August 1 and still no CC yet.  I called to confirm that they received the package on July 20 and told me to start counting from Aug 1 and allow them 3 weeks to review.  Please let me know what they told you.

I called just after submitting DS260 and  told me that they couldn’t see it in the system yet... He said to give them some time and that any reviewing can happen only when they can see this form submitted.. I’m surprised no CC for you yet. I thought that since we’ve sent the documents earlier the process should be quicker... Sometimes this whole process makes me so low that I don’t feel like checking the status....

I’ve uploaded and filled out everything on CEAC website yesterday and today.  Seems very fast with this electronic processing.  I got an email that said they will get back to us once they have an interview date....Thank God 🙏🏾.

we called to nvc in week after documents were sent to them, and they said we need call back after we get email that nvc got our documents. some couples said they did not get any mails from nvc..

they will not send an email once they receive your case , they might however once they assign you a case number.

You should call NVC again to find out if they received your case.

@Abies @Saaniya @Rameda The website being down delayed our process.. So the NVC has received our first package on 18th July.. 2nd about a week ago.. Today we submitted our DS-260...Now should I call NVC to review our form or our papers? Can you’ll guide me please... Thank you.. I’m not sure if my order of submitted documents and forms has been the way it should be, but we’ve done it as suggested by our lawyer... Hope all is well..

You don't need to call NVC to review your ds260. Submit your aos/iv package asap and let the count down begin.

Best of luck..!

Please help,

We received our case and invoice  numbers by email last night. we've  been trying to pay the fees but it's not working. Is there something we need to do before we can pay the fees?.

Have you been able to pay the fees now?if so congrats but if not keeping trying or call nvc,unlike when Nigeria use to be non pivot,you could have just called NVC to review your ds261 with you over the phone.

I had a little trouble too, I had to pay them separately and also had to log out and then back in... after that it was OK.
