I was just waiting for the CEAC to go back up again.  I wasted like 11 days for submitting the DS 260.  How long did it take you to get CC?

Called the other day and case hasn't arrived. NOA2 date is July 12. The guy I talked to said it could take 6 weeks to show up at NVC and then an additional 8 weeks for case number. ??? That is much longer than I thought. I thought my case would be at NVC by now, then 8 more weeks for case number.

Anyway, does anyone know if Singapore is a pivot country? I've tried to find a list of pivot countries with no success.

Good luck to us all!
