Called the other day and case hasn't arrived. NOA2 date is July 12. The guy I talked to said it could take 6 weeks to show up at NVC and then an additional 8 weeks for case number. ??? That is much longer than I thought. I thought my case would be at NVC by now, then 8 more weeks for case number.

Anyway, does anyone know if Singapore is a pivot country? I've tried to find a list of pivot countries with no success.

Good luck to us all!

Updating! I called again today and they received our case on July 31st. Our case will be handled electronically. Now it's time to start waiting for that case number.

the case usually is received about 6 weeks - 8 weeks.

In my country, some cases are pivot, some cases no.

I'm Vietnamese. My case was sent to NVC at July 12. If I'm lucky, I will receive my case in this month.

Prayyyyyyy!

I think it means you are required to complete the Form. As in that is your next step.

Mine is the same--it's just because that IS the next step, after the fees process. Not the same as it saying the DS-260 is available because status changed to PAID.

I know it's SO frustrating, because the funds have left my account, case tracker says they've received it, but still "in process"

It takes 3- 4 business for NVC to clear/confirm payment.
