As soon as possible would be better I would say! That's what I'm doing with mine. All the appointments seemed to be for next week or later in the year. So I just grabbed the first one the lady said!

I'm going to call them later today and hopefully they can tell me my interview date over the phone. Post from them is scarily slow.

I have just booked my medical for next Tuesday, the lady said you don't need your appointment letter at this stage just an email with the case number on it.

Both, my visa status check shows "At NVC" then my wife called and they confirmed verbally on the phone.

I'm just outside London so not too bad for me, just have to deal with the commuters! :dead:
