I am a USC and am applying for a green card for my parents, and I am planning on asking my younger brother ( who is not an USC ) he is an H1 visa. to sign as a joint sponsor could i do that ? or does the joint sponsor also have to be a US Citizen ?

I meet the requirements for income, but to be on the safer side i want to include my brothers income.

When did you mail your documents?

At least they’re telling you to bring missing documents at the day of interview, while you’ll still get assigned an interview date ! I’ve seen some people that had to mail missing documents and wait for nvc to get back to them again

i send the doc for the firs time in 5 July and after 10 days they send email about missing docs like birth certificate and i sent it on 23 july and this morning i got this email .

Sure you can pay the fees without your lawyer.
