YES THEY HAVE YOUR DOCUMENTS THEY ARE STILL REVIEWING THEM MINE WAS THE SAME TOO IT BEEN A WEEK SUBMIT REQUESTED DOCUMENTS THEN IT CHANGE AT NVC THE MORNING THEY REVIEWED IT

Yep, same error as @proudtobabritgirl when I try to log in. When I try to check case status, it just tells me I’ve typed the code in wrong over and over even when I am 100% sure it’s right!

cc is less and faster now especially for pivot cases mine took only seven business days or before they used say case complete all I see is At NVC and I heard from visa journey immigrations is cc

Wow congrats git cc on August 28 are they end scheduling for September what is your pd ? If you are spouse of us citizen do you have to wait until your pd becomes current I file i130 nov 2017

thanks alot my cc was August 27 , am a spouse of US citizen and my pd is August 9 2017 I really don't know if it has anything to do with pd maybe we can ask Abies.

Nvc schedules interview for spouses/parent/children of US based on CC date because their Priority Date(PD) is always current unlike spouses/children of GC holder,Siblings of a USC and other petitions who needs to wait until their PD becomes current.

This is a country specific question. How long does it take to get police clearance certificate in India? My case was received at NVC on 8/28.

@pp5 hey..It does take actually a single day to get the PCC.it's like you apply online then get the appointment date and on the same day you will get the PCC.are your address in passport and the address you stay same?? Then you will get on the same day or else it will take maximum 2-3weeks as they will be verify the address and then provide you pcc.where r u from in India?
