DS 260 form is asking for Benificary number. Is this the Alien #, Invoice ID, or NVC case #?

If you go to offical website or search sample ds260  you will find a sample ds260 which they filled with all answers. This is very helpful whoever filling ds260. You will get all your answers from there.

Hiya!  I also paid my fees on 7/31, still waiting for it to change to "paid".  We have everything in a binder as well with all the original documents, and copies, evidence etc.  Keep us posted when you change to paid!  Good luck!

I just checked and it's still processing :P I think I'm being way too impatient, checking every few hours haha. Hopefully tomorrow it'll be good to go! I just got my final vaccine needed today. It's getting so close! Good luck to you too! :D

I think so too since I'm paying her total three thousand I shouldn't hire attorney if I knew visa journey last October anyway what information do I need to give my attorney over the phone to pay those fees?

Yeah we got a lawyer too and those are the prices unfortunately 😕 you just sign in and pay yourself or your husband, not the attorney.

The attorney will be in charge to collect and send documents on your behalf and check your DS260 prior to submitting it.

Happy new month, everyone. Hope we all can get good news this month. 😍

So I just got off the phone with NVC to check for my invoice and case #.  First the guy told me my case is being process electronically for me to call back and choose option 5.  So I called back and a lady answered, gave her my USCIS LIN #.....she responded saying that “we received your case today and it takes 6-8weeks”.  I said that’s not true because all this while I was told they received the case on June 12th and my 8th week will be 8/7/18.  She said she will send to a supervisor to check the received date.

Has anyone had this issue?  I am so pissed.  Today is our one year wedding anniversary, and all I wanted was a case & invoice number to give me some kind of hope  😢.

I heard some people had the same issue as yours. If they told you they sent to a supervisor, you should get your case & invoice number within a week, don't worried. I think you should call them daily, hope they could assist you earlier.

You should call USCIS and let them know that NVC has not yet received your case. I had the same issue back in April amd after 7 weeks waiting for a case number and NVC telling me they had not received my case yet, i called USCIS and explained to them that NVC had not received my case and they put it up for research and gave me a research comfirmation number (My case was never sent to NVC the first time) 2 days later my case was finally sent to NVC again and here i am waiting for my case number since April. They did receive it this time and im on my 7th week waiting.

That's horrible! I'm sorry that happened to you. Thanks for the advice. I'm going to call again. Best of luck getting your case number soon!
