the NVC customer service rep. told me that everything is reviewed and accepted and that our case is in line for scheduling an interview

and I should just upload the documents under „add another document“ explaining it all

They definitely didn’t tell me I was good to go or in-line for anything... I thought about it and went ahead and uploaded the two corrected documents in the supporting docs section and resubmitted. If the guy at the NVC really did flag it for review, hopefully they’ll just check them all again today and accept the two new submissions right along with it even though one isn’t technically in the correct place. If he didn’t flag it, well, at least I’m back in line to get it checked again. I guess I just can’t wrap my head around how someone would just stop in the middle of reviewing the packet, or forget to click some buttons. Well, I do understand, but still! Haha.
