Hi all! I'm still waiting on my case number but trying to be proactive and get all of our forms and documents ready to go. Since both my husband (beneficiary) and I (USC) live and work overseas, we will have a joint sponsor since we won't meet the income requirements. I'd like to have our joint sponsor fill in the form now so I can check it and have it ready to go. But should I have her hold off on signing it until we're ready to submit? Has anyone had any issue with the form being signed and dated earlier than the date we got our case number?

Beneficiary Country: UK / Consulate: Sydney, Australia / Nebraska Service Center

27-Nov-2017 - Sent I-130 package to Chicago Lockbox

21-Aug-2018 (+29 days, 267 days) - Welcome Letter received by email, paid AOS and IV fee

23-Aug-2018 (+2 days, 269 days) - IV Application (Form DS-260), Civil Documents, Affidavit of Support, and Financial Documents all submitted to NVC on CEAC

I don't think so but it won't cost you much to wait until you get the welcome letter before signing and dating the i864.

It's normally a couple of business days to clear so it will be early this week.

When Thursday or Wednesday

There is no exact time frame, just check CEAC daily as it should be clear by Wed / Thurs maybe sooner.

Yes, you can only log into CEAC once you have your case number.

To check your status on CEAC  you need your case number. When did USCIS send your case to NVC?

HI! we were unable to pay both fees on the same day. The AOS still "in process"  since last Thursday August 2,18

How many days should we wait to pay the $325.00? Thanks

I paid both the same day, it wouldn't let me pay both at once so I logged out and back in again and that worked.

We have the same timeline as far as the NVC stage and I saw CEAC marked our application as at NVC. Hopefully, we get good news on Monday!

I called NVC this morning and they confirmed that we got CC on August 3rd.
