No.  CC I mentioned last time was false.  I don't know how I got that "at NVC" status.  I probably input in wrong case number or something.  What option for calling NVC to verify case complete?

Option 4

My cc date is July 2nd...  I didn't get an interview date yet... 😞  Who told this to you? I really wish is true,  but I have no hope....

NVC. But most of the people in this group, including me and the other person from Brazil currently waiting for an interview, are applying for family-based immigrant visas. Your process is completely different (which is actually good for you because we all started this process about a year ago and are only getting scheduled for interviews now). Unfortunately I assume this means that our updates won't necessarily tell you anything about your case. Maybe yours will take more time, or maybe less. So don't worry if you didn't get expedited to possibly get one of those August slots, as that might only have been for CR1/IR1 visas. Good luck.

Interview approved!! today - Rio de Janeiro consulate. I (petitioner) was able to attend along with wife (beneficiary). Very orderly, they triple checked the paperwork inside the consulate.

Congratulations! :jest: I am happy to see one more approval!

Let us know your wife receives the passport.

They said it takes two weeks, but we didn't ask if they meant business days or actual days. We were a bit excited/nervous/ just wanting to get back to our cell phones to tell everyone. I'm hoping it comes before the end of next week, and I'll update here once we have it. We opted for SEDEX delivery. I didn't ask about picking it up as my wife lives in SP and I'm staying with her family until we head back to the U.S. together.  I saw some previous posts/reviews that said it took about 7 business days.

Pick it up in one of the US Offices is pretty easy too (and fast) that is what I did. A week later.

You can't call NVC to expedite your case without a tangible reason.

My advise is,keep checking your CEAC site to see when it changes to At NVC.

Thereafter, you can call NVC for CC confirmation.

Good luck

@AbiesI just check it just now behold its "At Nvc"
should i call them to know if its a cc and they were talking about step6 on the AT NVC page
