1. Since you have never been out of Pakistan,you will need only the Police Character Certificate from Pakistan.

2. It's fine to leave it blank since you dont have  an online number with USCIS.

Thank you as per @Zelixx they don't ask for the PCC at the interview just need answer for CEAC and ok will leave it empty as i dont have any .

My husband will come to Pakistan and then we'll go to US together inshAllah. Hopefully I will be there in a few weeks.
