Read the posts at Facebook April CC Group about filing an EXPEDITE request. April and March CCs sin citas are filing for depression due to being outside normal processing time of 90 days at NVC and still receiving August /September interviews in Ciudad Jaurez now.

That's what I was asking about expedite for outside normal processing time.   So it does work?   Do you have a sample letter for that?   I'll try when my time comes in November.

Is it good to call nvc from the beneficiary country or must it always be from the USA petitioner

It doesn't matter who calls. The beneficiary & petitioner are the only ones allowed to access information unless you have a attorney helping you.

I call them all the time & I'm the beneficiary

Read the posts of Alex&Ivan here at VJ. Read the posts of the April CC Facebook group members. Expedite works according to many people. It appears to only be CDJ that is exceeding 90 days in assigning interviews. Gee, I wonder why... At any rate, once 90 days is over and no interview has been assigned, you are eligible to request an expedite for being outside normal processing time. Two members of Facebook yesterday reported receiving expedites for CDJ with no additional information submitted to NVC in their emails. Read the posts and learn from these people. I did.

Rameda, I think your CC is a few days after mine. When my 90 days is up, I am requesting an Expedite. I will post here once I do. Take the time to carefully read March and April CC Groups at Facebook. It is worth the read. People report that CDJ is not busy at all, and that appointments are being left open for whatever reason. I definitely know one thing: if you do not receive an expedite, you may be waiting 7 months for an interview (proof is posts on Facebook pages for CDJ and CC Groups). If you don't tell NVC that waiting is a problem for your family, then you will be waiting ...a long time.

I will look but hopefully not in Spanish cause I can't understand.  My hubby is the beneficiary.  I will look forward to your post and please tag me so I get notification.  What words do I search for those group?  I keep hearing about them but never found them.

Anybody can call the nvc. I was always calling from Nigeria because my husband is always busy.

Best time to call from Nigeria is always 4-5am
