I called them on July 31 and got the interview date. I just got an interview letter last night, August 1.

Our CC date is also the 18th of July. I call daily.. I did get a helpful agent who said September interviews will be scheduled through the end of next week ... hang in there guys ours is coming!

Where they a resident or citizen? Residents are given priority over appointment dates since they generally have been waiting a little longer during the process. I also know a couple of people who have CC towards the 2nd week of April with citas but all of them have been residents.

Seems your embassy is very slow.

I hope some of my  sisters @judy karim @Zelixx @ABK @ahm12 and others can see that there's still hope for an interview date in Sept?

 

All the best to you guys. Can't wait to see us all celebrating thanksgiving with our loved ones in the US.

I'm very happy and at the same time I'm so scared but i know God has our backs. 

 

Our interviews are one week apart.

 

It is well dear.. God will see us through.

They did make me retake the photos for the visa as the background was not white enough apparently. When they say white, they really do mean snow white! Luckily they had a photo booth in the consulate lobby so no delay with the issuance.
