The same happen to me, the CO said you were approved but to issue the visas you need to send by email the missing docs.

I think that it was a lawer mistake, the lawer told us that I dont need joint sponsor cause of my husbands income are qualifiied then he sent only one AOS as sponsor but CO told us that even with qualified income i need a second AOS as only joint sponsor.

So now we have only to pray good and wait our visas.

I already booked a flight  after verbal aprproval of CO.

We will receive our docs with the visas next week for good.

Thank you for sharing and help me with your support.

Keep me posted.

Good bless us.

Whats your interview date ?

What do you mean by one and second aos? I'm bringing only I-864 with me. Did I miss something?

I am not sure about your case just sharing what happened in my case.

The CO asked me for two AOS forms, even sent and accepted by NVC.

One with my husband sponsoring me and another from my husband again as my joint sponsor. To avoid more delays, we decided to send an AOS of another joint sponsor just to be sure that everything will be good.

I think that it was the lawyer mistake.

We've already sent the docs requested by the CO and we are waiting for our pasports with visas to arrive soon.

The CO was very polite and patient and after making easy relationship questions said you were aproveed but to issue the visas you need to send the missing docs the soon the better.

Praying to GOD everyday to finish this almost two years long journey apart from my husband.

But I know that GOD is in control and everything will end good.

I understand. Thank you for your detailed explanation. I wish you a speedy visa issuance. God's will you'll join your spouse very soon.

I would give them the date when you and your spouse started dating.  Whatever you tell them must match with what you have filled out in your paperwork.  If you are confused by any question they ask you, feel free to ask them to repeat.  Don’t be too nervous, they are humans just like you and I.  You’ll do great.  When is your interview?
