Hello guys, last update from me.

My husband's Visa was approved on Wednesday, and he received his passport with Visa inside on Friday morning via courier.

He will fly to the US this Friday to finally be with me after 9 long years.

I didn´t received an e-mail, they said that I was going to receive the e-mail to schedule the date and time for pick up the visa, and yes on CEAC we also are in Administrative Process, wich is normal while they are issuing the visa!

In my case I received the 221g as they want to see written in my wife´s Birth Certificate the anottation of  divorce of her previous marriage! And the W2 of 2017 of my brother in law and nothign else!

Yes, I hop getting it by Wednesday as I have ticket purchased by next Friday, I think I have time!

The same happen to me, the CO said you were approved but to issue the visas you need to send by email the missing docs.

I think that it was a lawer mistake, the lawer told us that I dont need joint sponsor cause of my husbands income are qualifiied then he sent only one AOS as sponsor but CO told us that even with qualified income i need a second AOS as only joint sponsor.

So now we have only to pray good and wait our visas.

I already booked a flight  after verbal aprproval of CO.

We will receive our docs with the visas next week for good.

Thank you for sharing and help me with your support.

Keep me posted.

Good bless us.

Whats your interview date ?

Hey everyone I been in and out of the ceac site and wondering how is the time through NVC now to case complete? Is it still 8  weeks less more. And I see the case Complete is still the same (why they can't put Case Complete as a status I have no idea. But it changes to at NVC then you.

I think the NVC Process wiki needs updating.  here's the wiki what needs updating? http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Also spreadsheet is current make sure you all have your info there. So many come and give case complete and never come back.  :)

Presently,it's taking the NVC less than 3weeks for CC.

For the spreadsheet,I tried to enter my information but couldn't find it on the list after submission.
