Yes the fee is $220 and you pay after the interview when you are approve and before you enter the US. If you don't pay you will not receive the green card

Also, when you pay this fee make sure you print the receipt upon payment as you wont be able to access the receipt again. (This is for records & border if needed)

Where will i pay it? Isn't it to the consular?

Friday they had just told me that they were not scheduling the interview, but i did not give up. Keep calling guys!

Fica tranquila a entrevista e super simples, pessoas te ajudarão a separar todos os documentos e colocar em ordem.

Não esqueça de levar os documentos de suporte AOS caso seu visto precise.

E muito rápido,  chegue cedo e não precisa ficar na fila.

Meu advogado não fez meu documento de joint sponsor e o cônsul solicitou que enviasse para emissão do visto.

Meu esposo teve que voltar para os EUA e ja conseguiu os documentos, agora e pedir para Deus que vejam rápido e emitam os vistos 

As perguntas foram simples:

Quando e como nos conhecemos

Quanto tempo depois casamos

Se foi feito festa ou somente civil

Onde casamos

Depois ele me deu uma carta dizendo que para emissão dos vistos precisaria de um joint sponsor mesmo meu esposo tendo renda que qualifica para isto.

Precisava de dois formularios em meu nome, um como sponsor pois ele que esta nos levando e um outro dele como somente joint sponsor (que o advogado não fez)

Bom, gostaria de compartilhar minha experiência para todos que como eu esta há quase dois anos neste processo tão cansativo e desgastante.

Mas sei que Deus sempre esteve e está do nosso lado e em breve receberemos nosso visto em nome Deus.

Se alguem tiver alguma experiencia semelhante por favor compartilhe.

i applied for the IR5 for my parents and it took the same time as the IR1/CR1 ( of the people who i was following) from what i noticed.
