I think you just sign the i-864 form only.

Whatever you are sending to madam to take to the Interview should correspond with what they have before them.

 

P.S: I-864 should be signed and dated..doesnt matter if this an original or scanned version since they already have an original copy.

I was at Qlife on August 8th by 7:35am,was number 4 and was done by 11:20am.

 

Result pick up is always after 14 calendar days but I told them i will not be back to Lagos until my interview eve(Sept 3rd)for pick up which was very fine with them.

Exactly the same thing I wanna do on Wednesday,I would just pick my medicals on Saturday because my interview is Monday is it possible to pick it up on Sunday

They are not open on Sundays.
