Hi everyone, I’m new to the site so I’m not sure if I posted in the right forum but here it goes..

I’m a 23 year old DACA recipient married to  a USC. We’re planning on filing form i130 soon with a planned 601a upon approval. So a little backstory: I was brought over to the US through the border when I was 4 years old. I was granted DACA when I was 18 and a half. When I was 15 years old I was arrested for stealing from Costco. The case was dismissed. Shortly after I turned 21 I was arrested for a DUI where the case was expunged upon compeltion of some court ordered things (community service hours and alcohol driving course) I’m not worried about i130 as we have a legitimate relationship. We’ve been together for 3 years & married a little over a month and we have plenty of evidence for a Bona Fide marriage. My worry is the 601a Waiver. We don’t have any children. My husband is in physical therapy school and I’m in nursing school but his program is more intensive so he relies on my income and soon he will be added to my health insurance so he’ll be able to get therapy for his anxiety. What do you guys think about our case? Any opinion/help is useful!

also, yes we are working with a lawyer.
