Address Question

Hi all, I have a question regarding addresses. We are at the NVC stage and my husband has a question about what address they are going to need when we are at the point of having the Green Card sent to the US address on file.

 

During the paperwork we have given the physical address where I will be staying once I hopefully get approved, however this is not a mailing address. The mailing address is a PO Box. I was wondering in people's experience, did the card come in regular mail or through FedEx or something like that? I'm not sure if we should be providing another address or if a PO Box is even acceptable.

 

Any ideas would be super helpful, thanks VJ!

They will need a mailing address, which you can give them on the DS260 visa application.  Green Cards come by regular First Class US Mail.

Perfect, thanks so much - appreciate your help! Any idea if the mailing address can be a PO Box?

 

I'll probably try to give NVC a call today again, I couldn't get through yesterday on my lunch break.

Of course a PO Box is OK for a mailing address.
