Ok here's a thing, it's been almost amonth since I got engaged. I haven't file for a petition yet cuz I gotta wait for my citizenship test. I'm hoping in about 3 - 4 months down the road I'll be a naturalize citizen. In the mean time I been calling my fiance almost everyday using the phone card. Is there a way I can get some sort of records on the calls I made?

<07-05-06> sent out K-1 application

<07-12-06> K-1 recieved (transferred to CSC from Nebraska)

<07-17-06> 1st NOA1 recieved

<07-25-06> Touched

<09-18-06> Touched and approved

<10-20-06> Case sent to Bangkok embassy (NOA 2 Recieved)

<10-23-06> Case arrived at Bangkok Embassy (9:53 a.m)

<11-01-06> Packet 3 shipped from BKK

<11-15-06> Packet 3 sent to embassy via express mail (still waiting for packet 3 from embassy)

<12-12-06> Medical exam + Vaccination Done

<12-??-06> Packet 4 Still waiting

<12-28-06> Interview date

<12-29-06> Visa in hand

Call the company that provides the airtime for the phone card (the name should be on the back of the card) and ask them.

12/15/2005 - Sent I-129F to Vermont Service Center

12/17/2005 - VSC receives I-129F via express courier (day 1)

12/23/2005 - VSC officially sends out NOA1 stating receipt

01/05/2006 - Called the National Service Center and got NOA1 receipt number.

01/10/2006 - NOA2 received via USCIS website and email. VSC is blazingly fast! (day 22!)

01/20/2006 - Receive NOA2 via snail mail in Thailand

01/26/2006 - Bangkok Embassy confirms our case is in their system (day 38)

01/30/2006 - Dropped off checklist and doc's with embassy

01/31/2006 - Received email from embassy confirming our interview date 3/20/06! Woohoo! (day 43)

02/08/2006 - Received police report and packet 4

03/01/2006 - Medical Exam completed

03/20/2006 - Interview! (day 91)- SUCCESS!

03/21/2006 - Picked up VISA!

04/04/2006 - Fly to USA together to get officially married in US and to start our life there together!

04/07/2006 - Arrived at JFK, C received temp EAD stamp. Drove to MD to live!

04/20/2006 - Applied for SS Card in maiden name, received it 3 days later

05/12/2006 - Officially married in the US! (2nd ceremony)

05/15/2006 - US Reception

05/16/2006 - Applied for new SS card with married name - Applied for EAD

06/01/2006 - Applied for AOS I-485

10/27/2006 - EAD Approved!

Just call the 1-800 number and ask for a record of your calls. Thats what i did. The only thing is when i received the record it only recorded half of my fiance,s number. Hopefully they won't do that to you.

11-4-2005/ went to see him in republic of georgia

11-25-2005 returned home

thanx for the info. I was thinking bout calling my phone company and ask if they can track it. But I doubt it.

A good phne card to use is IDT.......They can give you records that you can print from your pc if I remember correctly.

I got approved with no request for further evidence and I submitted front and back copies of pre-paid phone cards. I also provided then with a typed explanation that by calling the 800 number and entering the PIN, the number I called and the amount of time can be verified. I was worried about that too, but it didnt seem to matter much.

4/2/2010 Card Production Ordered for I-765, AP touched (Yea!!)

4/8/10- Approval notice for I-765 sent via email/ AP touched

4/10/2010 Received AP.

4/12/10 Received EAD-

7/6/10 Contacted USCIS because now Outside normal processing time

7/23/10 Got RFE asking for proof of legitimate marriage- 1page and 1/4 of proofs

8/23/10 sent off RFE response via Expressmail

8/24/10 Received by CSC

9/2/10 Email from USCIS- Card Production Ordered

I used phone card to call Silvia and they would not provide any data but I was able to show all the card purchases and they were happy with that

Yeah just got off the phone with the operator after calling my fiance up. The guy was more than happy to send me a statement of my recent call. At first he didn't understand me and thought that I wanted to know the number that I just called. haha. Then I told him that I just needed some sort of record showing that I called her. He didn't mind it at all. Except that it's gonna take about 7 bussiness day to mail that thing (ouch) Looks like I'll be requesting alot more calling records, haha. I'll try to ask them again if they can just send a copy of it to my email acount.
