Illegal aliens are already criminals. Its really that easy.  Do I think legal immigrants are more crime prone. No I dont.  Not percentage wise nearly a big a threat as our inhabitants of our democratic controlled inner cities.

people who file for asylum are not already criminals.

So if an immigrant is found guilty of a rather serious crime, they get a pass if they are from a crappy country?

why would you think that?

he filed for asylum. i know that many of you don't believe people have a reason, ever to file for asylum, outside of going to new places to be criminals.

well in this one case he did go to a new place to commit a crime. The good news is, he is going to be deported. I just hope he does not hurt anyone else before he does.

Yes and he was turned down and convicted of a violent crime.

She should have been removed for creating a disturbance on an airplane.  Regardless, she got her 15 minutes, the guy will be heading back to Afghanistan at a later date.

well she wasn't removed from the plane. and there were people on the plane that stood up with her. she did a good job in standing up for what she feels is right, i hope she continues to inspire others to do the same.

i don't think we know enough about the actual assault charge to play this game. but i don't believe in the death penalty, or subscribe to the idea that immigrants are more dangerous or prone to violent behavior than citizens (opposite is true, actually).

Opposite is not actually true and it has been proven to be false. I remember that study that you are thinking of more than likely and they studied both Illegal and Legal Immigrants. They did not differentiate them at all.

Sorry but if she was on my plane then I would have crushed her friggin phone. I am a ok with civil disobedience if you are trying to protest something until you mess with my day and time.

I doubt it. At most you would probably get a disturbance charge and probably given Not Guilty at trial.

Y

But I thought punching people in the face and destroying their property was cool if you found their behavior offensive. Confused now

remember it's selective. So when they do it then it's ok. But if anyone else does it then it's not ok.
