Hello Everybody. I hope you all doing good and good luck for everybody is dealing with immigration !

So i had my interview 26 july 2018 in US embassy of casablanca Moroccan, for the CR1 application. Right before having the interview, they called me from the waiting erea to give my paper work for the pre-interview, and the person told me that i need a co-sponsor (the 2017 return was not enough due to my wife lived with me the whole 2017 in Morocco, and was geting only her military check because she is a veteran). The person who got my paper told me i can still have my interview but if my visa is approved i will just bring the missing documents of co-sponsoring to the US embassy and they will continue issuing my visa within one week. Things didnt do well, the officer who interviewed me wasnt able to take a final decision on our cas and said final "im sorry sir i cant take a decision TODAY on your case i still need more evidences of your relationship and im going to return your case back to the USCIS)

Now when i check my statut i still see "READY" and only the updating date change, it change the day of the interview and now it just changed to 31 july 2018 but still saying READY. I normaly suppose to find administrative processing. Can someone explaine to me this ! Is that mean that my case is taking an other way or is it going to get approved with a miricale 😂😂 without being sent to USCIS?

And also i want to know if i still need to send the missing documents of the co-sponsor  to the US embassy or everything with be seen in the USCIS ?

Thank you family ❤

Did the officer who interviewed you give you a white 221g paper? Did they keep your passport?

The CEAC status isn't always up to date. If you had been approved, the CO who interviewed you would have given you instructions on how to send in the affidavit of support documents. To me it does sound like you were refused and the case will be sent back to USCIS. This situation is not uncommon at the Casablanca consulate.

You won't need to send the co-sponsor documents because the officer refused you at the interview for other reasons (lack of relationship evidence). At this point, your wife should receive a letter in the mail several months from now detailing exactly why the officer denied the visa. Because he mentioned lack of genuine relationship, you might want to start gathering evidence to send back to USCIS once your wife receives the NOIR letter.

Did you include a lot of evidence in your original I-130 petition? What kind of relationship evidence did you include? Any major red flags in your case (age difference being a big one)?

Uhh I understood the situation as well. I made the comment because I once read from another member here who was refused for similar reasons but they were able to provide the missing evidence before the case was returned to USCIS. Also I was hoping you would've answered  RJAndHamid's questions right here in the thread as my husband and I will also be going through the Casablanca embassy and I wanted to see if our cases were similar in nature...
