Criminal Record for my husband for I601 and I212 waivers

Long story short waiting for interview in Juarez but we already know that it will be denied because he was deported in 2002 and will need to apply for a I601 and I212.  So for the criminal record I'm confused about since I'm gathering them up for my lawyer because they will charge me per hour to go to the courts and get them.  He has case numbers and police reports that never made it to court.   I got 2 police reports from our Sheriffs department but that was it there is no outcome on the report they told me I had to go to our Superior Court cause that is where the final outcome would be but Superior court has nothing on the cases neither does the justice court or city court.  So I don't know what else to do.  I was hoping someone can give me some advice if they have experience this before.

If it was just a deportation for illegal presence the bans would be over now.

 

He has to declare all arrests and convictions.

The judicial clerk's office that has jurisdiction over the city/county where he was arrested would have access to any records (or be able to provide a court-certified letter that any records surrounding his arrests have been purged/destroyed).

Hi, our attorney asked for certified disposition of every case. We went to every court jurisdiction and got a sealed/stamped copy and that was sufficient to submit with his waiver I601A.
