We now got a sponsor one of my wife's re;ation is sponsoring us please our question is 

 

My wife the USC citizen has a child in her tax return as she is not making enough  she make 12k for this reason we needed a sponsor

 

Now the question  is this  the sponsor makes 39k a year  and his single 

is his income enough to sponsor us?

if is enough we can go ahead and ask him to help us out thanks for all your answers we will appericate your time on this

Is this for a tourist visa? This is posted in the tourist visa forum. If so, then it doesn't matter what somebody else makes...you cannot sponsor a tourist visa.

 

If this is for a CR-1/IR-1 visa for a spouse to get a green card...

His household size would only be 2 (him + the intending immigrant), assuming he has no other dependents.

I-864 minimum income requirements: https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-864p.pdf

The $39k/year exceeds the minimum. The CO makes a final decision on the public charge concern based on the totality of the circumstances. Nobody can say with certainty what they will decide, but it sounds good (at least prima facia).

Ok. Follow the I-864 instructions I posted above regarding the CR-1/IR-1 visa. The only difference is there is an IO instead of a CO.
