Now that our I130 has been approved... what do we do next?

We just got our petition approved on July 26th . I want to know if there is anything we need to do or get ready to do? What are thr next steps?

Congrats! There's still some waiting and forms from here on out, the i-130 is just the first step.

 

Next you'll wait for your case to get transferred to the NVC, once it's there you'll receive an email with your case information/log in info. Then, you'll use the CEAV (online site) to upload more documents, fill out forms and pay fees. From there, they will schedule your interview. Should I be filling out these forms now? Or do I have to wait until the NVC receives the packet?

Also... another question.

Will my wife need a Police report from her HOME country? Or the country she is currently residing in?
My wife is an English teacher in Thailand, but she was born and raised in the Philippines, where she holds citizenship.
