So I see that quite a few people have their status as Ready but mine still says in transit and it was shipped on Sep 4th 😞....our interview is going to be in Czech Republic, does anyone know if it usually takes longer over there to process?

Search and study this page.

http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cz/cz-niv-paymentinfo.asp

Here is information on your Embassy found here on VJ

http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Czech

Check your sub-forum for additional help. Asking people here who are processing in South Africa, Norway or the Philippines is not going to do you any good because they typically are trying to get their arms around there Embassy's process.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/95-europe-amp-eurasia-except-the-uk-and-russia/

There are several tools available to you. Go up to Immigration Timelines on the blue ribbon above and select it. Once you are on the next page looked to your left and you will see a box that states, "find similar timelines" and select it. A list will populate with those who are processing close to your timeline. When they start to change you will soon be behind them. Also, there is another place you can go and follow others who are processing the same time you are and for the same Embassy. Go to the blue ribbon at the top of this page and select "portals". Scroll down the left-hand side of the page till you get to VJ "your country's name" Timelines. Just below it you'll see "K-1" so you select it and out pops a window with others from your country.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

I have spoken to a girl who is from Belarus, but will have her interview in Warsaw. She was waiting for P3 for a month and that was like in June. I am really hoping they are going to be faster than that now.😢

Since it looks like your the only one from Tanzania I doubt anyone else has encountered that. Since each Embassy is different with their policy's' and procedures, you my friend have encountered one of those things that no one else has been required to do. So, your documents are safe with the Embassy, they gave you an interview date I'm not sure I understand your concern.

thanks for the clarification.

They will look at the I-134 for your stated earnings and then compare to your evidence. You may want to consider redoing so everything ties together or face the possibility of a 221(g).

I redid the I-134 and intro letter last night so that it matches the bank's letter.  I got word this morning that the I-129F package has reached Sydney, so I really need to send the package now.  The only other thing I can think to include is the new bank statements that just went out with the daily balances for August, and I could highlight the balances from the bank's letter on those.  But again, the current balance would still be lower than both the bank letter and the I-129F.  At the end of this month, I'll be paying myself and should see the balances increase significantly.

June 2016: We started writing to each other

June-July 2017: Met in person in the US for our first anniversary

December 2017 - January 2018: Met again in the US and got engaged

01/09/2018: I-129F sent to the USCIS Dallas Lockbox via FedEx

01/16/2018: Received NOA1 (NOA1 notice date: 01/11/2018)

June-July 2018: Met in person in Singapore and Australia for our second anniversary

08/03/2018: Notice date on our NOA2 (updated in USCIS's new website on August 6)

08/15/2018: Our case reached NVC

08/22/2018: Received NVC case number

09/04/2018: Our package left NVC (arrived 9/11, and she sent packet 3 that day)

09/20/2018: Received packet 4; scheduled interview

10/30/2018: Interview - told that we're approved!  Now waiting to receive the visa...
11/27/2018: Port of Entry at BWI

12/1/2018: Our wedding!

12/8/2018: Filed AoS on the way to our honeymoon (12/8-15/2018)
6/~7/2019: EAD and AP approved
09/25/2019: AOS interview in Orlando -- approval and green card!

Next step, June 2019: Filing I-751

Note: My wife is a Singaporean.  She moved to Australia before we met and got permanent residency there.

Hi Greenbaum,

Thank you a lot for your help (as always).

I asked Polish Embassy if P3 is required before I schedule, and they respond:

The Embassy has to receive the case file from the National Visa Center. (NVC). Upon receipt, we will send a letter to advise the applicant about his/her eligibility to schedule the appointment for the formal visa interview.  More information on the processing of fiancé visa cases can be found on the Embassy website.

So it's prerequisite 😕

Do you know how long does it roughly take to receive it?
