It's not time to pull out the crying towel. You still have plenty of time. Not knowing your country it's hard for me to help you expediate your process with preparation.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

I filled it out :) hope you can help me

Has anyone figured out the DHL tracking for all the packages that seem to have left NVC yesterday as many have changed to „in transit“ if I try to find the dhl tracking for Germany I cannot find anything.

Have the same problem, my case is in transit too and I can't find Poland

First of all, if you haven’t already done so, make sure you complete your DS-160 and request your police certificate.  Now that you have your case number, you can call Knightsbridge to schedule your medical exam.  You’ll need to give them your case number when you schedule your appointment.  Once you have your exam scheduled, DS-160 completed and have everything else that you need for your interview, complete the Notification of Applicant Readiness Form and when your NVC case status changes to “In-transit” you can go to https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv to create an account and schedule an interview.  Make sure that you allow at least 5 working days between the date of your medical exam and the date of your interview or risk the results from the exam not arriving in time.  For your interview go here https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv/  or call here 442074867822 (this phone number may be wrong. would appreciate and updated phone number if you get one)

fiancee) or K3/4 visa application. Please refer to our website at https://uk.usembassv.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/ for detailed instructions on preparing for your visa interview and scheduling the appointment.

•        One copy of USCIS's pamphlet, "Information on the Legal Rights Available to Immigrant Victims of Domestic Violence in the United States and Facts about Immigrating on a Marriage-Based Visa.

exactly how do we fill out the DS-160? Do we need to fill it out when we receive our NVC number? Or can we start it now and just save it? Do we need the DS-160 for the medical? And do we only need to print out the confirmation page?

I find the instructions to be out of the "norm" for what is required from this Embassy. Yes each, Embassy is different and we come upon stuff like this from time to time, but to not require a tax return which in my opinion is a very good document to help access whether the petitioner and beneficiary will become public charge's. This is my opinion, I would include a IRS Tax Transcript with the I-134 submission. Include it with the financial package. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

@Greenbaum, it is correct that it may be out of the norm. That said, I was replying to this thread/question:

Can applicant (foreign fiancé) also show their own account statement to help with I-134. If they have more than enough money to support themselves?

To which the answer was: No, applicants funds cannot be used toward I134 income

While this might be true in general/for most consulates, it might not be true for the OP's country and I was just trying to point out that, in addition to tax returns etc., it might be worth checking your own countrie's requirements and see if own assets actually might be considered - especially worth checking if the USC sponsor is only able to prove income slightly above the requirements.

Please read the materials as some of your questions will be answered there. DS-160 can be completed at anytime. But it can be Embassy specific as to what they require.

Finally received our police certificate and ready to schedule the interview, however we are moving so on Saturday the address on the police certificate is our old address... Put our new address on the DS-160. Does anyone know if this is this going to invalidate the police certificate??? Very worried

After getting notified and receiving your NOA2 send an email to NVC asking for them to email both you and your fiancé if any updates occur. In the past they have replied when your case was received from USCIS, another when your case number has been assigned and when your case is being sent out to your Embassy without you having to make any further queries by phone. Here is where you send this information to:

Email address: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

Subject: Your receipt #

Body: Petitioner's Complete Name Birthday ; Beneficiary's Complete Name Birthday

Or use the online form

Thank you so much for this!

Would i need to include my Fiancés email to in thr body of the email?
