My fiance (Petitioner) is moving into our new apartment Sept 14. He already received NOA2 hard copy in the mail (Aug 8). Is everything else from NOA2 on out, sent to the beneficiary (Ie// P3, P4, etc)? I'm planning on changing his address once he moves and setting up mail forwarding at his old apartment, but I'm a little worried we'll miss important mail in between. Thank you!

Maybe @Greenbaum can help me clarify? 🤗

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

It should have updated, only have noa1 and noa2 and my Fiancé will be in London embassy

The DS 160 is not country specific. Ppl are saying that it's not taking pictures are say that try and it fails the just move. I'm of the school of mind that you attempt to upload a picture by changing your broswer for a different result. You just may have problems at the interview.

A friend from Brazil just completed the DS160, she states it did not require her to upload a photo

Then it seems from your response from above you have your answer. Not the one I would necessarily advocate. I think there is a glitch but that's my opinion.

Excusee meee???:bonk: i am telling him this because he is from BRAZIL and i am also going thru brazil, so YES i can present information and YES i am certain about what i am saying:secret:. BTW I NEVER SAID THAT IT APPLIED TO ALL THE EMBASSIES!<_<

You're a little touchy. It was only a tip that's all it was. When you post something others will read it and it gives the possibility that they will think they can do the same. Since you didn't mention in your post it was for Brazil and not true for all Embassy's, people could interpret as that's it's true for their Embassy. Again,  another tip so please don't go off the deep end, again.

Just called NVC, got our case number

NOA2:  08/14/2018

NVC #  08/28/2018

the woman on the phone wasn’t very pleasant but at least I got my #

she said the petitioner name didn’t match what she has on file.  I said how can that be, it’s correct on the NOA2?  The have my middle name as my first name, and my first name as my last name.  Asked her if it would affect the visa at embassy, she said no.  But I can correct it by sending a copy of my passport using an NVC inquiry on their website.

Congrats! Which of the two numbers did you call?
