 Sorry about that. I updated it, my fiance is in the Philippines. One of the vjers told me that i just need to send it to my fiance. 

 

Also, i have an additional question if you don't mind. Do i also need to send the original NOA1 and NOA2 to my fiance in the Philippines in prep for the interview?

After seeing people here with same NOA2 as us, we decided to call NVC a little earlier than planned. We got our case number!

I haven't received the letter, I've been calling NVC to check if they've received our case and if they have assigned a case number already. I called last Friday and they said they just received my case, I called this morning 7:30 AM EST, they haven't created a case number yet, I called again 3:30 PM EST same day and they gave me our case number. Try calling them

Hey, so after I receive my case# , how long it takes until the interview? I'm assuming sometimes it depends which Embassy, mine will be in Czech Republic. Thank you.

Both Noah's are not needed. Create a Dropbox or Google drive account to store documents. That way they are accessible to each of you if they are needed. Simple.

You can go ahead and schedule the interview once you have the case number, but you do want to leave a little time in between to make sure your petition gets there else you will have to have your appointment canceled and reschedule.

The answer is Embassy specific. Some allow others make you wait and jump through some hoops to get their permission to schedule. I can't speak for your Embassy because I can't tell without you completing your profile.

Be careful with your answer. Not all Embassy's let you schedule the appointment much like the Philippines does. For example, Japan and Canada you have to complete your paper work, contact the Embassy, and then they will open the appointment scheduling to you.
