How was her interview? Did you submit financial support evidence/affidavit of support previously on your I-129f packet?

Day started off rough, as apparently our attorney selected a section wrong on her status on the DS-160.  Selected OTHER with an explanation of ANNULLED, instead of selecting ANNULLED and completing the necessary information.  They told her if she could get it corrected and be back by 9 she could complete the interview process.  She found a hawker outside the embassy that was able to help.  Less than an our later, and an additional 2000 pesos later, and she was back with the corrected form.  After that, the process went as expected and we finally have our approval.

As for the financial support evidence/affidavit of support on the I-129f, we did not include that information in our submission.

Again, for the interview it's better to bring more than less.  They can ask for just about anything.  It's just better to be prepared.

It doesnt include to bring Affidavit, Proof of rel. & New Intent to marry letter thats why he doesnt want to send me any of those.

Note: after the Ds-160 it says police clearance and complete the registration on ustraveldocs.ph thats it!

Just let your fiancè know that by not sending the information, he is playing Russian Roulette.  You may be good....or, you may just get a 221-G which will end up costing you a lot of time in the end.  Me, I like to place my money on the sure bet.

Just a quick question Im worried pls help! I received an email listed all the documents that I need to bring on the interview. It doesnt says I need to bring Affidavit of Support (which he already submitted on I-129f application) new intention to marry letter and proof of relationship. All that I need to bring is just my documents like BC, NBI, Cenomar, and passport etc (beneficiary) Do you think we really dont need that on the interview?

Better have everything ready. The CO didn't ask my fiance for it, but we never know. Better to be safe. I know some people were asked to show affidavit of support, I know people also got 221g because they didn't have it when the CO asked for it.

You can travel with it that way. It's not a big thing. POE Immigration will not even notice once she arrives in the states. If she is asked then she can explain and show where it is on your BC and they can verify it in the system.

Lawyers - Oy Vey. Thanks for proving my point which I am sure you didn't know what it is but some here do. But having said that, the two of you are responsible in the end. I would check and recheck especially if a third party is involved. Just my 2 cents.

I'm really glad for you guys that it wasn't a big set back. SO DID SHE PASS???????

Are you following the links I gave you where everything needed is explained. There is a link in my post to the checklist on USEM's web site and the link to Hank's website that explains what is needed with links to the documents. This can be Easy Peasy if you want it to be. One of the main reasons why I help people so they stay focused and not get into the "rough" (golf terminology). Trust the Process!

This comes straight from the Embassy P3 letter located on their website. These are all the required items. Your fiancé MUST adhere to what is asked or face the possibility that you will be DENIED. I don't know why he is being hardheaded about this. Does he not want the visa and you there with him.

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form may be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You may also be asked to submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Download Form I-134 at http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis.

Hi guys Want to know one thing when we will receive that packet which we can’t open

Here are two links where the people who are processing in India are having a discussion about the process. Some great information as well as some of the participants are ahead of you and can share their experience. It's a much better place to ask that question.

We reviewed the DS-160 for both her and her kids.  We saw that they entered ANNULLED after selecting OTHER and thought it was correct 😕.

In the end she and the kids were recommended for Approval.
