The marriage certificate is proof enough for health insurance but not for a bank account. Your bank will probably require the SSN for the bank to add you to the account. Not having the SSN at this time is not going to affect your AOS. You will need it once you are eligible to work.

thank you  so much for your help. dont know what a lot of us here would do without you.

Yay I got approved today!! Finally my K1 visa process has come to an end and I want to thank everybody who answered my questions and was supoprtive during this stressful time!

I do have one more question though: my case tracker says still 'ready' when will that change?

@Greenbaum I just got my NVC # YAY! The CEAC website says I need to do a DS 260 form but it is rerouting me to the DS160. I am confused as to which one to use? Help please? Attached is a screenshot of what I get after I put in my case number, and invoice number in the DS-260 form portal.

Just a quick question Im worried pls help! I received an email listed all the documents that I need to bring on the interview. It doesnt says I need to bring Affidavit of Support (which he already submitted on I-129f application) new intention to marry letter and proof of relationship. All that I need to bring is just my documents like BC, NBI, Cenomar, and passport etc (beneficiary) Do you think we really dont need that on the interview?

Affidavit of support is not included with I-129f, it is required at time of interview

Bring everything.  While they don't say you need it, they may request it.  My fiancee just conducted her interview this morning, Manila time.  They did not ask her for the Affidavit of Support, but she did see others that did need to submit it.

How was her interview? Did you submit financial support evidence/affidavit of support previously on your I-129f packet?
