Your fiance's visa should have an expiration date on it (it's probably six months from your fiance's medical). As long as your fiance enters the US before then, it's fine. It doesn't matter if your fiance arrives in the US the day the visa is issued or the day it expires (or any day in between), you still have 90 days to get married. And as long as your fiance files for AOS within the 90 days, your fiance will never be out of status.

1. if he's an IT consultant his occupation is in Computer science not health care.

2. If your cousin entered the S in Aug 2018 under K1 visa she is living in the US so yes you have to declare her.

Maybe @Greenbaum can help with wether or not to declare your sister.

thank you so much for inputs!

Congratulations on your case being ready.

1. Computer science

2. The relative the DS 160 is asking for are close relatives.  Father, mother and siblings. So count your cousin out. But since you said your sister is in the US on a tourist visa,  I think you should include her.

thank you so much  for your inputs:)

So, if USCIS is not involved and the file was sent to NVC and they have not received it, then chances are it's on its way to NVC and requires a little more patience and follow up. I hope it arrives soon for you guys.

Thank you. It just hurts a bit to see others receiving their case number in a few days...Let's hope this week will be the week!

There is a flag in the profile of everyone on VJ. Their profile which you can see to the left lets you know what Embassy their processing through. Yours is missing because you have not fully completed your profile.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Thanx let me get right to it
