CRBA when not married, US dad can't be contacted? (split)

Hello i would like to ask about my daughter situation. Her father is American she was born here in Philippine s she used my last name since me and my ex was not married and he was not here when i gave birth. My questions are how can i apply CRBA if her father is not contacting us, 2nd my fiancee now he is american also planning to file k1/k2 visa we worried it might affect my daughter situation if the consul knows shes half American.pls help us what we can do. Thanks

You cannot apply for a K2 for your daughter if she has a claim to US citizenship, you need to get that resolved first.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
