Delivery question - I-129F

Hi there,

              Just about to send in my I-129F package and going to be using USPS.  I would like to send using a service that requires a signature but I don't know if I can do this sending it to

USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility:

 

• For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
  USCIS
  P.O. Box 660151
  Dallas, TX 75266

 

Can anyone perhaps advise if I can?

for a signature im pretty sure you have to send to the lewisville address

 Don’t think you can send it to Dallas if you want a signature, I was having the same dilemma when I sent my packet. However, I sent it to Dallas and had no problems.

I sent mine last week to the Dallas address you have above using USPS and requested a tracking number along with signature. It was delivered fine and my tracking says that it was signed upon delivery.

This is where I sent my packet to using FedEx and I got a signature of the person that received it:

 

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: I-129F
2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

I sent to Lewisville, then after realized that the package didn't need a signature and everything was fine.
