Hi guys,

I know that it is a well known fact that Knightsbridge medicals are a few weeks out. We have ours booked 08/18 but I'd like to get my medical done as soon as I can.

I have everything ready for it. Was wandering if anyone has/had any success with joining their cancellation list. I mean as I'm from N.Ireland, it does become slightly tricky as obviously I have to fly over (which I don't mind).

Would be good to hear if ringing three times a day is good for cancellations or whether to let them work through their cancellation lists. I wouldn't be upset if I didn't get a cancellation as mine is already booked for under 3 weeks away.

Thanks guys,

Jon

I used transglobal express. They came day before we were due to immigrate and took boxes ( we shipped 5 boxes £200- reasonable size got them from office supplies or somewhere)shipped  clothes shoes toys,  Books photos etc. My daughter's school stuff.  Can't ship liquids. Put them in your luggage. Remember electricals need adaptors so we left and bought knew. US work on 120 volts. Transglobal were excellent play about with box sizes and weights to get best prices. Our boxes arrived within tens of them pucking up from UK. No issues all intact.

Thanks for this. I’ll be carrying light. This is more asking about US medicals in London. Thanks for your advice 😝

I am going to be attempting to get on a cancellation appointment this week when I eventually get to be off work. I booked my Medical 30/7/2018 and the earliest appointment the lady could give me over the phone was 28/8/2018 which is an infuriatingly long wait. I have everything ready, documents filled out, DS-160 submitted etc so it's 4 weeks of nothing now. I want to go ahead and book my Visa interview but I'd like to leave some space after the medical in order to give me wiggle room if anything crops up.
