The OP should seek legal advice from an attorney who practice immigration and understands family law as it pertains to this situation. So far, I have deduced that with all the good intentions given to her she has become that much more confused. Now is better then latter to contact that attorney.

 

Sure would like to know the outcome when this is all said and done. :thumbs:

Yeah idint expected all these responses to my post...🙄 thts a lot... I m surely more confused... Now i m jus leaving it to God for now...lets c when time comes...i will let you all know watevr happens...n i hope it will b going all fine...if anyone is willing to do anything..jus pray for once for me ...i shall be really obliged....Thnks Guys

God is not going to give you the court order and permission you need. You have to go get the ball rolling on that. Then you can pray.

Yeah ...i said for now...i m confused rite now ..i feel i need some time to decide on this....i know ultimately i hav to decide wat i will b doing....let me introspect more

looking at your timeline your NOA2 should be just around the corner you don't have enough time......

Sounds promising!   Best of wishes to you guys.   My fiance's interview in Auckland is tomorrow....we are nervous, but also optimistic to soon be together.  Such a long journey...
