Are you from somewhere in the Middle East? Such confusion about how to translate the naming convention to the western system is not unusual there. List your name for the ds260 as it appears on your passport (as per instructions) and list the other version on the section of the DS260 asking for  “other names used”. Obviously you will bring copies of everything to the interview.   Can’t gaurantee anything but I think you should be ok.

I won the lottery and I applied for the name of the fifth family
But my passport and all my papers are issued only to the fourth name
The fifth name is found in Paspor, my father and grandfather's birth certificate
what should I do

Well as far as i know, your name is is " Name/Father/Grand1/Grand2/Family" as in total full name In Genral

but in your certificate is it : : "Name/Father/Grand1/Grand2" ? OR "Name/Father/Grand1/Family" ?

and when you applied which one you used ?

Do you have your birth certificate? Does that name used on the lottery form reflect on your birth certificate? Take any documentation that has your complete name as proof apart from your passport. Some passports cannot accommodate the complete name. As some of my friends dont have their complete name on the passport but have it on their birth certificate. If so is the case then translate the birth certificate or any other documentation as proof and take it with you during submission and interview. Let us know though.

@SusieQQQ Big shout out to you for helping and making things so clear always. Thanks!
