Case Sending Back

Today was my 2nd interview i went and was the 2nd to be called for interview the co brought my file and looked at it and said ur divoice paper are not the one that are issueed in pakistan i told her that when u called me and asked me provide finial divoice paper from court at that time i asked u twice u need from court or my local divoice office she said we need from court and now she saying that this paper is not correct i told her not my fault and i even told her that in muslims it not important to get a court paper then she said we think u still married i ask her how can u say that but no answer and in end she returned me my passport and said we cant issuee u visa and we will return your case back and they will contact ur fiancee.

So any one has any idea what will be next and that divoice paper i can still get as its the co that told me to get from court not my local office.

I know what you've been told on the phone, but you had to cover all your bases, meaning you had to get everything and anything you'd think they might want. And not believe them on the phone - they say one thing, then they say another thing. Personally, I would get all the papers right away. Try to call back and ask to keep your papers there, so you can give them what they want!!! Call them as soon as you can reach them! If the case goes back, you're screwed because it takes a lot of time just to send the papers back and nobody even cares when they get there - they have the lowest priority possible.

Just look at my case! Call them back and ask them to give you time to bring the right paper!!! That's my advice. Maybe others will disagree, but that's what I think.

As Visa4habibi! u said i asked my fiancee to call embassy and ask them that we sending them the right paper in 3 or 4 days so she called and talk to a lady who know all about the case she was surprised as my fiancee called her 3 time in 30 min.. so my fiancee told her that we can send u the right paper in 3 or 4 days so she said ok send it but she said she cant promise any thing but she also said to send in her name and she will see what she can do she said hurry so we sending the paper in 2 days hope to hear some good news and my fiancee also emailed her.

My guess would be that your fiance has to try to get it on Monday and if possible, just come to the Consulate and give it to the lady personally. That would be the best! I hope he can get the right papers real quick! I missed the time when they were screwing around with the case - I did call and tried to do something about it, but it wasn't just a wrong paper. It's a screwed up Consulate! They do it to a lot of people there!

So, now, 15 months later, just coming back from Morocco after visiting my husband and leaving him on our 2nd!!! wedding anniversary!!! I am trying to help you the best I can.

Also, I just looked at your timeline... Vermont is not a service center to get your papers returned to, they seem to be the slowest ones. Plz hurry!

The problem is fiancee is in saudi arabia and paper he has to get from his home country (Pakistan) and the embassy is Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and he is now back to Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) so it will take little time as his bro will send by dhl and the he will send to embassy bu fedex so it may take 3 to 4 days hope till then they dont return the case back.
